These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PetPivoe website, online store, products, services, content, and related features.

By visiting our website, purchasing a product, or using any part of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies posted on our website.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access our website or use our services.

By using our website, you represent that:

PetPivoe sells automatic cat litter boxes, accessories, replacement parts, and related pet-care products.

• Product packaging, design, accessories, or specifications may be updated without prior notice.
• Measurements and product information may contain reasonable variations.
• Images may include props or accessories that are not included with the product.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, replace, or limit any product or service at any time, subject to applicable law.

All products and services are subject to availability.

3. Product Use and Pet Safety

You are responsible for reading and following all product instructions, warnings, assembly guidance, maintenance requirements, and safety information supplied with the product.

Automatic litter boxes should be:

• Assembled and operated according to the product instructions
• Placed on a stable, level, and dry surface
• Used only with compatible litter and accessories
• Regularly inspected, cleaned, and maintained
• Disconnected from power before cleaning, servicing, or removing internal components, where instructed
• Kept away from water, excessive moisture, heat sources, and unauthorized electrical accessories
• Used only for their intended household purpose

You are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for your cat based on the cat’s size, age, health, mobility, behavior, and ability to safely enter and exit the unit.

Closely supervise your cat when introducing the product. Do not force a cat to use the product.

Do not allow kittens, cats below the product’s recommended minimum size or weight, cats with limited mobility, or cats with medical conditions to use an automatic cleaning function unless the product instructions expressly permit it and you have determined that use is safe.

The product is not a substitute for responsible pet supervision or veterinary care. Contact a qualified veterinarian regarding concerns about your cat’s health, mobility, elimination habits, or ability to use an automatic litter box safely.

Do not modify, disassemble, repair, bypass safety sensors, or use unauthorized components except as expressly permitted in the product instructions.

Improper use, unauthorized modification, unsuitable litter, poor maintenance, or failure to follow instructions may result in product damage, malfunction, or injury and may affect eligibility for returns or warranty service.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products listed in your order.

An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that we have accepted your order. We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

• Product unavailability
• Pricing or description errors
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
• Payment authorization problems
• Shipping restrictions
• Incorrect customer or delivery information
• Unusually large quantities
• Suspected resale or commercial redistribution

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method for the canceled portion.

We may contact you to verify order, payment, billing, or shipping information before accepting or fulfilling an order.

5. Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, payment, and account information for all purchases.

You agree to promptly update your information so that we can complete transactions and contact you when necessary.

You represent and warrant that:

• You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the total amount shown at checkout.
• You are responsible for applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other charges disclosed before completing the order.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by you.

6. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on our website, generally U.S. dollars for customers in the United States.

Prices may change at any time without prior notice. A price change will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted, except where permitted by law or where there is an obvious pricing error.

The total amount payable will be displayed during checkout and may include:

We reserve the right to correct pricing, discount, product-description, or calculation errors. If an error affects your order, we may contact you with the option to confirm the corrected order or cancel it for a refund.

7. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, coupons, discount codes, free gifts, and special offers may be subject to additional conditions.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Discounts cannot be combined.
• Discount codes have no cash value.
• Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.
• Promotions are available only during the stated promotional period.
• Promotions may be limited by product, customer, location, or quantity.
• Free gifts are subject to availability.
• Promotional offers may be changed or withdrawn before an order is placed.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel a promotion that has been used fraudulently, improperly, or contrary to its stated conditions.

If an order containing a free gift or promotional item is returned, the promotional item may also need to be returned. If it is not returned, its stated retail value may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law and disclosed by the applicable promotion.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are generally shipped from our U.S. warehouse.

Our estimated shipping schedule is:

• Order processing: 1–2 business days
• Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after processing for eligible U.S. destinations

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping may be affected by:

• Carrier delays
• Severe weather
• Holidays
• Incorrect addresses
• Service interruptions
• High order volume
• Remote delivery locations
• Events outside our reasonable control

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Once an order has shipped, address changes may not be possible. Additional fees resulting from an incorrect address, refused package, or unsuccessful delivery may be your responsibility where permitted by law.

9. Delivery Issues

You should inspect the shipment promptly after delivery.

If your order is missing, damaged, incomplete, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, contact us at:

Please include your order number and relevant photographs or other supporting information.

For packages marked as delivered, you may first need to:

• Check around the delivery location.
• Ask household members or neighbors.
• Review the carrier’s delivery information.
• Contact the shipping carrier.
• Allow a reasonable period in case the carrier scanned the package before final delivery.

We will reasonably assist with eligible carrier claims, but we cannot guarantee reimbursement or replacement when tracking confirms delivery to the address provided, except where required by law.

10. Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation by contacting us before the order has shipped.

Cancellation is not guaranteed because orders may enter processing or fulfillment shortly after they are placed.

Once an order has shipped, it generally cannot be canceled. After delivery, you may request a return in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

11. Returns and Refunds

We offer eligible customers a 30-day return period, beginning on the date the product is delivered.

Do not send a return without first receiving return instructions or authorization from us.

Unless the product arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or the return resulted from our error, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Returned products must comply with the eligibility conditions stated in our Return and Refund Policy. Products that are excessively used, damaged, modified, incomplete, contaminated, or returned outside the eligible period may be refused or may receive a reduced refund where permitted by law.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or the return resulted from our error.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Our Return and Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible if you receive:

Unless otherwise stated, warranty coverage does not include problems caused by:

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and other policies displayed on our website, constitute the entire agreement between you and PetPivoe regarding your use of the website and purchase of products.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and a specific written product warranty, promotion, or policy, the more specific terms will control for the subject they address.
